Stegra secures €1.4 billion rescue package

Steel company Stegra has finalised a €1.4 billion financing deal, the firm announced in a press release on Wednesday.
The investment, backed by the Wallenberg-led investor group, was first pledged this spring to support the financially strained steel project in Boden. The company now confirms the funds are in place, with lenders covering up to 100 percent.
