Danish church minister opposes clergy same-sex marriage refusals

Denmark’s new church minister, Ida Auken, strongly disagrees with clergy who refuse to marry same-sex couples but will not change the law allowing them to do so, state broadcaster DR reports.

The Church of Denmark currently permits individual priests to decline to officiate same-sex weddings.
