Heatwave grips Europe while Finland stays cool
Cooler air is flowing into Finland from the northwest on Tuesday, according to a report by Yle. While the country will remain largely sunny, some areas will also see rain.
Northern Finland will experience showers in the afternoon, with temperatures dropping below 15°C. Elsewhere, cloud cover will vary, but conditions will stay dry. The highest temperatures, around 20°C, will be recorded in the south. Evening weather will largely mirror daytime conditions.
Temperatures may stay below 20°C nationwide on Wednesday, but a warming trend is expected later in the week. Meanwhile, much of Western Europe continues to endure a severe heatwave.
