Copenhagen police intervened in a large brawl involving up to 30 people at a World Cup public screening on Islands Brygge on Sunday evening, Danish broadcaster DR reports.

The incident occurred during the match between Belgium and Iran, according to duty officer Rune Nørgaard, who spoke to news agency Ritzau early Monday. Police received a report at 22:38 from security staff at the event.

Officers restored order and allowed the crowd to disperse. No arrests were made.

Two people sustained minor injuries. One was examined by paramedics and taken home, while the other declined medical assessment, Nørgaard said.

The cause of the fight remains unclear, but police confirmed it did not involve Belgian or Iranian fans. Nørgaard described it as an internal dispute among attendees.
