Three boats burn in Hollola marina, three hospitalised

A large fire broke out at Messilä marina in Hollola on Saturday afternoon, with three people taken to hospital, Yle reports.

Duty fire chief Mika Tervala said the extent of their injuries remains unclear. The blaze began on one boat before spreading rapidly to two neighbouring vessels.

Firefighters quickly extinguished the flames and are now conducting mop-up operations. The cause of the fire is not yet known.
