Denmark confirms drone activity over its territory

Denmark’s Defence Ministry confirmed Friday that drones were active over the country last year, citing technical data and soldier reports.

Defence Minister Jeppe Bruus stated at a press briefing that the military had concluded multiple instances involved drones. He also addressed an incident near Borris firing range, clarifying that no aircraft had been fired upon.

The evaluation was conducted by the Defence Command, covering the period from 22 September to 6 October 2025.
