Significant weather changes are expected over the coming days, driven by a substantial low-pressure system located in the western part of the Greenland Sea. Easterly winds will dominate, bringing intermittent rain, especially in the southeastern areas. The low-pressure system will gradually move eastward, reaching just south of the country by Friday. However, it is anticipated to begin moving away from the region on Saturday, which should lead to a decrease in both wind and precipitation.

On Monday, coinciding with the Retail Workers’ Day holiday, another deep low-pressure system is expected to settle just south of the country, potentially leading to deteriorating weather conditions once again. Thus, residents should prepare for a rather windy and wet few days ahead. Despite the expected rainfall, temperatures will remain relatively mild throughout this period.
