Drunk driver causes collision in Helsinki’s Kaisaniemi

A drunk driver collided with another vehicle in Helsinki’s Kaisaniemi district early Monday morning, police report.

The incident occurred on Mikonkatu and briefly disrupted traffic near the scene. No injuries were reported.

Police arrested the intoxicated driver at the site and filed a criminal report for endangering road safety. The damaged vehicles were removed, and traffic has since returned to normal.
