Faroese minister promises AI rules for schools

The Faroese minister of education, Bárður á Lakjuni, has pledged to introduce guidelines and regulations for the use of artificial intelligence in schools, according to a report by public broadcaster KVF.

Á Lakjuni acknowledged that AI is already reshaping education and confirmed that a working group is now addressing the issue of ethical standards and rules for AI in the school system.
