A doctor and two nurses face charges of manslaughter and negligent breach of official duty over the death of a patient at Niuvanniemi Hospital in Kuopio on 22 May 2022.
The case will be heard in North Savo District Court starting next Monday, with four days allocated for proceedings.
Niuvanniemi Hospital is a forensic psychiatric facility providing high-security treatment, expert services, and mental health evaluations.
