POP Bank customers face second day of service disruptions

Technical issues at POP Bank have stretched into a second day, with customers still reporting difficulties accessing online services, the bank confirmed Tuesday.

Log-in problems persist for some users, though the bank stated the situation has improved since Monday. A number of customers have also encountered errors with Otto ATMs and mutual fund savings agreements, with some reporting incorrect charges on fund contributions.

Domestic transfers between accounts and e-invoicing functions have since been restored, according to the bank. While a technical fault affecting customer service phone lines was resolved earlier Tuesday, call volumes remain high.

The outages began Monday and have continued intermittently since.
