Danish restaurants dominate at Nordic Michelin star awards in Copenhagen

Five Danish restaurants received their first Michelin stars Monday as the guide’s Nordic awards ceremony took place in Tivoli, Copenhagen, while two others retained their top three-star ratings.

Kadeau became the night’s standout Danish winner, earning a third star to join Geranium and Jordnær—both of which held their existing three-star status.
