Danish sperm donor linked to over 200 children

A Danish sperm donor known only as “Kjeld” has fathered more than 200 children, according to an investigation by national broadcaster DR. Now, for the first time, some of his biological children are speaking publicly, demanding answers about the full number of their half-siblings.

The case first gained international attention when reports of the donor’s extensive genetic legacy spread globally. DR’s investigation reveals that at least 200 children share the same biological father, though the exact number remains unclear.

Several of Kjeld’s offspring, now adults, have come forward to express concerns over the lack of transparency. They are calling for full disclosure from fertility clinics and authorities to determine the precise scale of their shared parentage.
