The Faroese parliament, the Løgting, will hold its final session of the current term on Thursday, with eight proposed amendments on the agenda, according to a report by Faroese public broadcaster KVF.

Before addressing the legislative items, lawmakers will first take up unannounced questions. One written question remains unanswered: Eirikur í Jákupsstovu, a member of parliament, submitted eight questions to Lene Moyell Johansen, the Danish High Commissioner to the Faroe Islands, regarding police and prosecution matters—including issues tied to the Bakkafrost case. The Løgting formally requested a response on May 6, but the commissioner’s reply has not yet appeared on the parliament’s website. The High Commissioner’s office determines independently whether to answer such inquiries.

The session begins at 10:00 local time.
