Finnish Safety and Chemicals Agency Tukes has identified a serious risk of water damage from faucets purchased from the Chinese online retailer Temu, following product testing.
The agency examined 12 faucets sold in Finland, including two kitchen and bathroom models ordered from Temu. Tests revealed that the faucets—though appearing metallic—were primarily made of low-quality plastic and failed to withstand normal use.
Tukes did not specify whether the defective faucets remain available for purchase.
