Man in his 20s dies in Vennesla moped collision

A man in his 20s was declared dead at the scene of a two-moped collision in Vennesla on Sunday evening, Dagbladet reports.

Emergency services responded to the crash on national road 9, where a second victim—a teenager—was transported to hospital. Bystanders and first responders performed life-saving measures, but the injured man could not be revived.

The road remains closed for investigation, with detours in place. Local crisis teams and the municipality’s mayor have been notified.
