Private healthcare sector reaches labour agreement with pay rises in line with general trend
A new collective bargaining agreement for Finland’s private healthcare sector has been approved, with pay increases following the general wage trend, Yle reports, citing the Finnish News Agency STT.
The deal, negotiated by the Social Services and Health Care Sector (Sote) union federation—representing employee organisations Super, Tehy, and Erto—and the Welfare Sector Employers (Hali), covers terms until 30 April 2028. The two-year agreement includes an option to terminate after the first year.
Wages will rise by a total of 5.3% over the contract period.
