A tentative agreement has been reached in negotiations for a new collective bargaining agreement in Finland’s private healthcare sector, according to the Union of Health and Social Care Professionals in Finland (Super).

The deal, brokered between the employee representative organisation Sote and the employer association Hyvinvointiala Hali, still requires final approval from all negotiating parties before details can be disclosed. Both sides have declined to comment on the terms until their respective organisations have reviewed the outcome.

The current collective agreement, covering around 25,000 employees, expired at the end of April.
