The process begins with agents posting photos or videos of a property on their agency’s Instagram profile. Key details—such as price—are not always included in the initial post. Interested buyers must comment or direct message the agent for further information, after which they typically receive a private message with additional details.
If a buyer expresses serious interest, the agent arranges a viewing. In some cases, property documents are only provided during the viewing itself.
Some agents now list properties exclusively on social media, though no official figures exist on how many homes are sold this way, according to DR.
