Mother’s Day weather forecast promises clear and spring-like conditions
Most of Finland will enjoy sunny and mild weather on Mother’s Day, though northern regions may see clouds and scattered showers, according to Yle’s meteorologist Matti Huutonen.
Southern and central Finland can expect dry conditions with temperatures around 15°C, while northern areas will see slightly cooler readings between 10–15°C. Huutonen noted that Sunday will likely be clearer than Saturday, except in Lapland.
Cloud cover may increase in southern Finland by Sunday afternoon. Early next week, rain is expected to spread across the country, with Tuesday forecast to be particularly wet.
