Swedbank customers unable to log in to mobile and online banking

Swedbank customers are experiencing widespread login issues with the bank’s mobile app and online banking platform, the bank confirmed Monday. Swedish public broadcaster SVT first reported the disruption.

More than 4,000 users have reported problems on the outage-tracking site Downdetector. The bank’s press chief, Hannes Mård, acknowledged a “technical disruption” affecting login functionality but could not specify how many customers are impacted.

“We regret the inconvenience and are working to resolve this with the highest priority,” Mård said. No timeline for a fix has been provided.
