The parent company of Indoor Group, which owns the furniture retailers Asko and Sotka, has filed for bankruptcy in Helsinki District Court, Finnish public broadcaster Yle reports.

Indoor Group Holding Oy submitted its bankruptcy petition on Wednesday. The company’s legal representative, Johannes Ketola of law firm Merilampi, declined to comment on the filing.

This follows the February bankruptcy of two of the group’s subsidiaries, Indoor Group Oy and Insofa Oy, both of which were placed in compulsory liquidation earlier this year.
