Finland’s final tax return deadline arrives tomorrow
Nearly 1.8 million Finns must submit or correct their pre-filled tax returns by Tuesday, the Finnish Tax Administration reminded on Monday. The deadline marks the last chance for taxpayers to review and adjust their declarations for 2025.
While most pre-filled tax returns contain accurate information, the Tax Administration urges all filers to verify their details and correct any errors or omissions. Taxpayers must also manually report additional deductions or unreported income.
Tax decisions will be issued primarily through the Omavero online service, even if the pre-filled return was received by postal mail.
According to the Tax Administration, roughly 2 million Finns were required to review their returns by the deadline.
