Faroe Islands

In the remote Busksufjørður region of Greenland, located between Nuuk and the Faroe Islands’ capital, a group of Faroese workers are engaged in core drilling as part of a water energy development project. The team has faced numerous exciting challenges throughout their work.

Kristian Stórhamar from Trongisvágur and Martin Sivertsen from Norðdepli, who have collaborated extensively on underwater tunnels in the Faroe Islands, have joined forces to establish a company that specializes in such projects.

Currently, they are in Greenland, and this morning they participated in an interview with Kristian Stórhamar. The conversation, which covers their experiences and insights on the project, is available for listening.
