Faroese government to present new transport policy at 11 AM

The Faroese national broadcaster Kringvarp Føroya will air live coverage of a press conference at 11:00 AM today, where a new transport agreement will be unveiled.

Three political parties—the People’s Party (Fólkaflokkurin), the Union Party (Sambandsflokkurin), and the Social Democratic Party (Javnaðarflokkurin)—have announced they will present the framework for the new transport policy. The agreement will be overseen by Beinir Johannesen, the youngest prime minister in recent Faroese history.

The press conference will be broadcast live on radio, television, and the broadcaster’s website, beginning at 11:00 AM.
