Two armed robbers held a watch shop owner at gunpoint and stole 62 luxury watches worth over 5 million Danish kroner (€670,000) in a violent heist, Danish broadcaster DR reports.

The owner of Kejser Ure in Copenhagen was forced to his knees with a loaded pistol pressed to his chin while the thieves ripped Rolex and other high-end timepieces from the display cases, according to court documents.

In February, a Danish court sentenced two men from Montenegro to 5.5 years in prison each for their roles in the planned robbery. A Dutch national received an 18-month sentence for handling the stolen goods.
