Finnish coast guard begins live-fire anti-drone exercises off Kotka
The Finnish Border Guard’s Gulf of Finland coastal unit has launched live-fire exercises off the coast of Kotka, focusing on counter-drone operations, state broadcaster Yle reports.
During the drills, the patrol vessel Turva and several coast guard boats will conduct heavy machine-gun firing between 8 AM and 8 PM local time. The exercises are scheduled to continue through Thursday.
