Storm Dave halts ferry services from Gothenburg
Ferry operator Stena Line has cancelled multiple departures from Gothenburg due to Storm Dave, which is expected to peak in western Sweden on Easter Sunday, reports Göteborgs-Posten.
All Sunday sailings for the Stena Danica route between Gothenburg and Fredrikshamn have been cancelled. The Stena Jutlandica departure originally scheduled for 15:45 has been delayed until 20:00, which also means the 20:00 return trip from Fredrikshamn will not operate, according to Johan Live, Stena Line’s press chief.
The Stena Jutlandica sailing planned for Monday has also been cancelled. Passengers affected by the changes can receive refunds or rebook for alternative departures, Live confirmed.
