Dagbladet has located Boris Nikolić, the man who introduced Crown Princess Mette-Marit of Norway to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, at a $10.96 million estate in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighbourhood.

The 1,022-square-metre property, known as the historic Sam Hill House, was purchased by Nikolić and his husband Samir Jaradeh in 2018 but later listed for $16 million in 2022—potentially making it Seattle’s most expensive residential sale. The mansion, built in 1910 by railroad baron Sam Hill, remains unsold and is now equipped with extensive modern security systems.

Nikolić, a 55-year-old investor and former advisor to Bill Gates, was named as executor of Epstein’s $578 million estate in the billionaire’s will. In 2019, he told Bloomberg he had “no plans” to fulfil the role, despite the appointment. His connection to Epstein extended beyond social circles: by 2014, Nikolić was investing in genetic technology firms, a field Epstein actively promoted.

Public records and online searches yield little trace of Nikolić’s current activities. A Google search primarily returns results for a deceased Serbian fashion designer of the same name, while local Seattle signage—including posters labelling former President Donald Trump a “sex offender”—reflects the lingering fallout from the Epstein case. Nikolić himself has maintained a low profile since the scandal erupted, though Dagbladet reporters confirmed his presence at the Seattle estate this week.

Nikolić played a central role in facilitating the now-severed friendship between Crown Princess Mette-Marit and Epstein, who died by suicide in 2019 while awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges.
