Warnings issued in Finland over dangerously slippery sidewalks and hazardous driving conditions

Warnings have been issued in parts of the country regarding dangerously slippery sidewalks. According to meteorological reports, the icy surfaces are slick due to a layer of water on top of the ice. The alert is particularly relevant for the eastern and central regions, as well as for the provinces of Varsinais-Suomi, Uusimaa, Kanta-Häme, and Päijät-Häme. Additionally, nearly the entire country has received advisories about hazardous driving conditions.
