Authorities in Northern Finland are investigating a serious robbery incident involving two minors in Kempele, a town in the North Ostrobothnia region. Last Friday, law enforcement reported the arrest of two intoxicated boys who are believed to have attacked a young individual lying on the ground while other youths watched the incident unfold. During the assault, the victim’s branded shoes were stolen.
The boys matching the descriptions provided were apprehended near the scene after a brief search. The assaulted youth was subsequently transported to a hospital for treatment.
