Minister Holm requests consultation with Foreign Affairs Committee on fishing agreement with Russia for 2025

Dennis Holm, the Minister for Fisheries, has requested a consultation with the Foreign Affairs Committee regarding negotiations for a new fishing agreement with Russia for 2025.

Bjarni Hammer, the chair of the committee, has yet to respond regarding when the committee will be available for the consultation.

Last year, the consultation with the Foreign Affairs Committee took place on November 7, shortly before negotiations with Russia began, leading to the establishment of a new fishing agreement.
