Patria to deliver 56 armored command vehicles to Latvia under CAVS initiative

Patria is set to deliver 56 armored Patria 6×6 command vehicles to Latvia, as announced in a recent statement. This order is an extension of ongoing deliveries as part of the Common Armoured Vehicle System (CAVS) initiative, in which Finland, Latvia, Sweden, and Germany are currently participating.

The production of these vehicles will leverage the expertise of the local Latvian industry, including the newly opened Patria armored vehicle production facility in Valmiera, which commenced operations in May 2024. Deliveries are scheduled to begin this year and will continue until 2029. The total value of the contract exceeds 60 million euros.
