Magn announces leadership change as Finn Jakobsen steps down as CEO
The company Magn has announced a change in leadership.
In their statement today, Magn revealed that an agreement has been reached for Finn Jakobsen to step down from his position as CEO. Jakobsen has held the role since 2020, previously serving as the company’s technical director.
Finn Jakobsen’s departure will take effect immediately.
In the interim, Christian Nagata, the current vice-chairman of Magn, will assume the role of acting CEO. Nagata has a long history with the organization, having served as chairman from 2006 to 2015 and previously as the financial officer.
When contacted, the chairman of Magn, Jan Petersen, clarified that the decision was primarily an internal matter and provided no further details regarding any disagreements linked to the change in leadership.
Magn is now beginning the search for a new CEO, who is expected to take over as soon as possible.
