A Finnish woman residing in Sweden has been arrested on suspicion of explosives offenses in Norway, the Norwegian newspaper VG reports. The arrest is linked to explosives found in the garden of a house in the town of Fredrikstad, located on Norway’s southern coast.
One theory proposed by the Norwegian police suggests that the explosives may have been inadvertently placed in the garden of an unknown family with children, according to Norway’s public broadcaster NRK. Authorities believe the explosives could be connected to a criminal organization with international links.
This incident has already led to the previous arrest of two other individuals related to the case. The arrest of the Finnish woman was first reported by Ilta-Sanomat.
