Fresh Servant Oy Ab has announced that its deliveries are returning to normal after significant supply chain issues. Since last Friday, the company has been grappling with disruptions caused by a malfunction in its automation system, which affected the availability of fresh products on store shelves. Due to issues with the delivery of Hetki-brand salads, demand for other pre-packaged salads surged in S-Group stores over the weekend.
According to the company, the origin of the malfunction was identified during the weekend, and the order-to-delivery process is now back in operation. Fresh Servant has indicated that the ramp-up of operations is already underway, and Hetki products will start being delivered to stores again beginning Tuesday. The company estimates that the situation will be fully normalized by the end of the week.
Fresh Servant has apologized for the inconvenience caused by the delivery disruptions to both retailers and customers.
