Tourist dies at Blue Lagoon in Iceland

An international tourist has died at the Blue Lagoon in Iceland this evening. Emergency responders were called to the popular geothermal spa around 7 PM to assist a foreign visitor in their nineties who had lost consciousness. Despite attempts at resuscitation, the man was pronounced dead approximately one hour later. The local police have launched an investigation and are working to contact his relatives.
