Opposition parties in the Parliament plan to vote on a motion for a vote of no confidence against Ingilín D. Strøm, the Minister of Health. This was announced by the leaders of the People’s Party and the Centre Party.

“We must pay attention to the findings of the National Audit Office and the administration of the Parliament,” stated Beinir Johannesen, leader of the People’s Party.

Jenis av Rana, leader of the Centre Party, has called on the Prime Minister to remove Ingilín D. Strøm from her position before the Parliament session tomorrow. If this does not happen, the party will vote in favor of the no-confidence motion against the Minister of Health.

Bárður á Steig Nielsen, leader of the Union Party and a member of the Committee on Health Affairs, declared that the opposition is united in this matter.

The vote follows significant concerns regarding the management and decisions taken by Minister Strøm, which have been scrutinized heavily in recent reports.

A detailed segment on the situation will be featured in the upcoming radio news broadcast.
