Cargotec reports 14 percent increase in operating profit in Finland

Cargotec, a manufacturer of cargo and load handling equipment, saw a significant improvement in its financial performance during the July to September period. The comparable operating profit increased by 14 percent to €70 million, representing nearly 12 percent of the total revenue. Additionally, new orders rose by 14 percent, approaching €600 million.

Cargotec’s CEO, Casimir Lindholm, noted that the third quarter marked the company’s seventh consecutive quarter of demonstrating robust and stable profitability.
