Chefs to showcase Arctic cuisine at Harpa concert hall in Reykjavik

Chefs are set to showcase their culinary skills by creating dishes that highlight the rich and sustainable ingredients of Arctic cuisine.

Sebastian Jiménes Garcia, head chef at the restaurant Ræst, will represent the Faroe Islands in the finals.

Sigrún Brend was present at the Harpa concert hall just before the final started, where she spoke with Jógvan Winther Poulsen, Sebastian’s sous-chef in the competition, shortly before the event began in the early afternoon.
